Terms

MarkApprove is a visual proofing and approval tool for designers and their clients.

Designers are responsible for the content they upload and for sharing review links only with intended reviewers.

Approvals record the name, email, timestamp, proof version, and unresolved comment count submitted by the reviewer.

Subscriptions, invoices, and payment method updates are managed through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal when billing is configured.

These launch terms are intentionally simple and should be reviewed by counsel before broad commercial launch.
