What To Include
- Your MarkApprove account email.
- The project name or review link, if relevant.
- A short description of what happened.
- Screenshots or error messages, if helpful.
- For billing questions, the Stripe invoice or receipt email if available.
Report Abuse Or Unwanted Content
If you received a MarkApprove review link you did not expect, or if a deliverable, comment, or share link appears abusive, unsafe, or unauthorized, email support@markapprove.com with the review link and a brief description. We may pause access while we review the report.
Security Reports
If you believe you found a vulnerability or private project data is exposed, email support@markapprove.com with enough detail to reproduce or investigate. Please do not email passwords, payment card numbers, or highly sensitive client files.
